Remodel Rental Property
This remodel was designed thinking of a broader market appeal. Built in an up and coming area in town, this 1950's enchanting home needed a fresh, young and functional concept. In order to bring the most buck for our client investment property, we prioritized an open concept in the common areas, turning a small office into a second bathroom, redoing the kitchen and master bathroom as well as refreshing floors, walls, lighting, adding french doors into the patio and sprucing the landscaping.

BRIAR FOREST
Traditional design and remodel
This home was designed for a more traditional taste. The kitchen was remodeled to meet the entertaining needs of our client, we built a chef's kitchen with an 8' by 5' Island for friends and family to gather around. The floors were replaced with a warm wood and the fire place was covered with and antiqued surround and mantel carved in marble. A fresh coat of paint in warm stone colors, antique chandeliers, rich texture window panels and an array of beautiful classic designed pieces completed the look for this elegant, warm and inviting home.
